10, from 6-10 PM at The Elite Bar in Seattle, located at
1520 East Olive Way,
Seattle, WA. We will have extra shirts available so everyone can
look good entering the Stadium in Germany. Bring your friends and
family to The Elite for this special goodbye. Those of us that know
Cologne can answer questions about the city. We will bring a big Stadt-Plan
(City Map).
Over 125 athletes are going to Gay Games VIII
in Cologne, Germany this month! We have purchased more Team
Seattle shirts for everyone to wear at opening ceremony. We want to
look united as we march in the Rhine Engergie Stadium on July 31, 2010.
We will need 2 people carry the banner/flag of Team Seattle in the front of our
group.
The shirts are technical material, custom sewn with
Team Seattle colors. These are not cheap cotton shirts.
Tell us what kind of shirt you would like to order.
These shirts are breathable technical short sleeve. S, M, L, XL,
or XXL. We all plan to wear blue shorts, or khaki pants with
our Team Seattle Jerseys.
Why wear a Team Seattle jersey? Take a look
at the photos of ceremonies at Gay Games VII in Chicago, 2006 and you can see
how great it looks to enter the stadium with thousands of people.
